O Vinagre apresenta uma cor amarelo claro. Este é límpido, com com plantas de Poejo em infusão e o aroma é complexo com notas ácidas a plantas de Poejo e mel. Ao paladar é agridoce com notas agradáveis a mel e plantas de Poejo.
