Dark pink (veal) to dark reddish (cow) meat, obtained from animals of the Maronesa breed. It has an extraordinary succulence.
Pink meat, extremely tender, tender, succulent and very tasty, from sheep of the Churra Galega Mirandesa breed, slaughtered up to four months and born and raised in an extensive, traditional farming system.
Borrego Serra da Estrela" are refrigerated carcasses, obtained from animals of the Bordaleira Serra da Estrela breed, children of father and mother listed in the breed's herd book. Animal slaughter is done up to 30 days of age, with one weight live up to 12 kg.\r\nIt is a particularly tender and flavorful meat, with a very smooth taste, with well-distributed interstitial and subcutaneous fat.
