It stands out for its tenderness and unique flavor. Its color varies between pink and light red, depending on the age of the animal at slaughter. With little intramuscular fat, white and creamy color, firm consistency and slightly moist, an aspect that denotes succulence. With a unique taste, its characteristics are unmistakably related to the natural environment where it is produced and to the verified form of production.

History

The tradition of producing Cachena beef is proven by the evolution and permanence of this breed over time and also by the historical records of the region, in balanced and sustained intervention, based on ancestral production methods, in the field of livestock production.
